Meet Amanda

Yoga teacher, aerial instructor, teacher trainer, and movement educator helping students and teachers find steadiness—wherever they practice.

I believe yoga should meet you where you are—whether you're practicing from your living room, joining a studio class, or training to become a teacher. That's why my approach prioritizes alignment over aesthetics, breath over perfection, and sustainable practice over pushing through pain.

With extensive training in alignment-based yoga, aerial arts, SUP yoga, and nervous system regulation, I teach from experience: what it feels like to be wobbly, tight, overwhelmed, and searching for steadiness. My signature cues—"lengthen first, rotate second," "center leads," "hug midline"—give you tools you can use on and off the mat.
